Needs Assessment
We start by listening. Through conversation with you — whether that's ateacher, a director, a principal, or a team — we get a clear picture of what'shappening in your classrooms, what you've already tried, and where thebiggest gaps are. This isn't a checklist. It's a real conversation.
A Custom Plan
Based on what we learn, we build a practical, specific plan for integrating intentional movement into your school day. Not a generic template — a plan built around your schedule, your students, and your goals.
Ongoing Coaching & Support
Implementation is where the real work happens. We stay with you — through virtual check-ins, in-person visits, or both — to help you troubleshoot, refine, and build confidence as movement becomes a natural part of how your school operates.
