Description

Studies have shown that children today are more sedentary and weaker than they have ever been.  Of course, this is impacting their health, but even more troubling, it is having an enormous impact on their ability to learn.

How?  When children don’t move their bodies, they fail to build the necessary strengths that allow them to comfortably sit at a desk or hold a pencil.  Their brains fail to become wired appropriately to problem solve or think creatively and they struggle with self-regulation, self-control and behavior.  The result?  Learning is harder than it needs to be and school is no fun.

What is the answer?

When we lean into the way children were designed to develop and learn, when we lean into their innate need to move their bodies in big physical play, we help them achieve.  We help them become the best they can be socially, emotionally, behaviorally and cognitively.
