Topic 3: So How Does a Brain Develop?

Everything that happens to and around a baby is new to him. These things that happen to him are experiences. And every time humans have a new experience, our brains learn from it, causing the brain to make new neural connections.  Since everything is new to a baby, it means he is making new connections at an astronomical rate. What is key is that just about every experience a baby has is physical, so the foundation on which he builds his learning is, yep, you guessed it, physical.
